Feedback loop links for some email providers

One of the weaknesses of feedback loops is that there is no mechanism for discovering new FBLs. A list of feedback loop links for some email providers used to be maintained on Wikipedia, but it was removed. Thus we copied its content here. To add new entries, if you miss editing permissions, drop a note to the mailing list (see Main Page).
